C/ Debt Retrieval
When users of this website commission a portrait or drawing they enter into a legally binding contract. Circumstances will be taken into account, however if payment is not received within 3 months from the completion of the artwork, the details of the client will be passed on to a debt retrieval agency.
D/ Privacy
Sketchdrawing.co.uk will save any information that you provide, including any feedback. This information is used solely by sketchdrawing.co.uk for the purposes of communication with the client and providing services. It will also be used for invoicing and accounting, however this information is kept secure and will never be passed onto a third party unless required to by law or to facilitate debt retrieval.
Feedback may be used onsite, but only first names used. Portraits may be used onsite, but only with the permission of the client.

All contact details and any other information held and used by sketchdrawing.co.uk is protected and then deleted after the transaction is complete, apart from any images that may be used as examples of work, with the consent of the client. No names or information about the client will be displayed or disclosed to a third party. No information regarding clients will be forwarded to any other company except in the case of debt retrieval.
