Sketches will not be sent until funds have cleared.
Final payment will not be required until e-mailed sketch has been approved. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when i start work on your sketch, up until that time you may cancel your commission if you wish.
Gift vouchers may be purchased, this secures your portrait commission and gives an estimated delivery time. Please contact me if you require a gift voucher, I have various styles of voucher so you can choose which is appropriate.
Returns
Of course I hope that you will be entirely happy with your portrait, and I will send you an email or MMS of it before it is posted out so that you can approve it. However, if you wish to return it for a full refund, you must do so within 14 days. Please do me the courtesy of sending me an email explaining why, and also please send the portrait in the original packaging and by registered post
